We source all our ingredients from local farms to ensure fresh, seasonal produce that supports the local community and reduces our carbon footprint. For each meal, we can tell you where it has been produced and where all ingredients come from. 

Our menu is seasonal, therefore we change approximatively once per month. This allows us to provide the freshest meals and support sustainable farming practices. This means that at moment, some soups, main or sides are finished, and this is part of the concept. We work hard to replace when products aren’t available anymore. 

Yes, our meals are freshly prepared with locally sourced ingredients, ensuring high quality and great taste in every bite. Our products are never stored more than 3 days in store, and since they don’t contain any chemicals or preservatives, they must be consumed within 48h after purchase. 

At the moment, we use recyclable containers. However, we believe that only reusable containers are sustainable, and we will propose options as soon as we open our boutique. 

We want to use reusable and eco-friendly packaging to reduce waste and promote sustainability. Our goal is to provide a convenient meal solution without compromising on environmental responsibility.
